To Celebrate 50th Years Anniversary Japan Brings 5 Elements of Lamborghini Aventador

“Aventador S Roadster 50th Anniversary Japan” is the limited series of five units presented on the occasion of the Lamborghini Day event in Tokyo, celebrating the 50 years of Lamborghini in the Land of the Rising Sun, starting from the first imports of the 400 GT model.

Five unique cars inspired by the five natural elements of Japanese culture: water, earth, fire, wind, and sky. The concept was developed by the creative designers of Lamborghini Centro Stile, who along with the Ad Personam department developed a unique paint for each model with special shading effects in which, in the case of the “water” version, the blue tends to black. The project required 170 hours of labor and the contribution of ten specialists. The exterior of the car is completed by the windscreen frame and hard top made of exposed carbon fiber. The interiors feature Nero Ade black leather and Nero Cosmus black Alcantara, and the stitching on the seats and on the hard top evokes the Japanese symbol for bamboo (Y), matching the color of the exterior, with the same gradations and shading. Each car is characterized by a hexagonal carbon fiber plate with the Japanese symbol of its elemental namesake.

During the event, Stefano Domenicali, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lamborghini, thanked the Japanese customers for their support over the years, underscoring the importance of Japan as Lamborghini’s second largest market worldwide.
